I beleive the max flow is a superior system just from reading and research and word of mouth. I use a PMI 68 3000 and am very happy with it, I shoot an autococker with the stock inline reg and don't have any shootdown or flow problems. I have seen Shockers and other Cocker run on a Max Flow tanks alone, without secondary regulation. I doubt you could accomplish that with a PMI. The Maxflo is probably about twice as much as what you'd pay for a PMI. Decide what your willing to spend and what kind of performance you need/want. If money were no object, I would go with the Maxflo. If you want good performance and not so steep price, go with the PMI and a secondary reg. Hope it helps.
