Spyder velocity problem

Need somwe help here,changed main spring,changed bolt or-rings and hammer o-rings(used the right ones direct from Kingman)but still cannot get my velocity past 250 fps. i'm running hp air and have tried two different working tanks(850 presets).Any ideas on what to do next? thanks,al.
