OK the foregrip is a reg, not a great one, but a reg none the less. It's fine as long as the gauge reads under 300psi., but normally it is around 225-250psi.
Yes, a fixed output tank will ruin the stock reg in a matter of months, unless. A) you have a 5th generation Bushmaster with improved reg or B) you have upgraded your current reg so that it will take a preset. you can get the conversion from ICD, I think it's $10 but I'm not sure.
