Radio Shack has a teeeeeny tiny lamp. I replaced one in my Blaupunkt stereo face, and I'm sure it'd fit in behind the LCD in such a way as to provie some light for your display. It'd beat payin' 30-80 for a new LCD of similar dimension..(I think these lamps are around a couple $'s)...

You could hot wire it to the on/off switch....I think they'll tolerate 9v...double check to be sure)....

: I have a bushmaster lcd and i want to replace the stock lcd for a back lit type (like the indigo watches) from radioshack or other eletronics store. Does any one know if this is possible. If so what modifications will i need to do. i can do all the wiring, soldering my self but i need to make sure it is possible before i ruin my gun. also has ne one tried this before
