Hi DaveA, Thanks for your technical explanation of the filling of an HPA tank from Scuba. Also thanks for the information on how to fix the leak. It is now fixed. You said you would explain how to fix a stuck open pin valve inside the nipple. If I was interested in knowing the drastic steps to take to resolve this problem. Since I own my own Scuba tank and will probably be filling my as well as other's tanks, I will be sure to ask others if they have just put or have been putting oil in their nipples. But, someday I suppose the pin valve inside the nipple may get stuck open and as I try to bleed off the excess pressure I guess it may not close and then I would just empty my scuba tank trying to get the bleed off pressure down low enough to pop the tank off of the fill station. That would be a bummer as I would run out of Air an then everyone would be out of luck So, What are the drastic steps to take?
