On August 10th of 2002 I myself was filling my own hpa tank. I had been playing and had paint(an oil based substance) on my hand. When I connected my tank to the bulk tank and began to fill, the air and compression blew the regulator on my nitro tank. This in turn ignited the compressed amount of oxygen in the air. The results were 40% 3rd degree burns on my body. So as a recomendation... DON'T PUT OIL IN ANYTHING THAT WILL COME IN CONTACT WITH OXYGEN OR COMPRESSED AIR.
