CO2 Refill Station - Tank Selection?

What kind of tank do I need to refill CO2 paintball cylinders with? I know it has something to do with a siphon tube. Do I need a tank with the siphon tube, or the one without the siphon tube? Also if I get one without a siphon tube, can I have one installed? Thanx for the info.
