Make a mold out of wood , plaster , ext. heat a length of PVC pipe (however long that will fit in a cheap counter top oven) in a oven to 225 to 240 degrees . This will make it soft and relativly easy to form , use welding or fire place gloves to handle it as you'll have to work quickly as the PVC tends to cool fast . You can make flat stock and most simple shapes with this method . By gluing the flat stock together you can make thick solid shapes as well .
