Hi!

Really like the way you think, probably
because we think alike, at least in terms
of this subjst at any rate.

Would love to see special events, for just
tanks, but as in anything else, there would
have to be some ground rules. All tanks or
Light Assault Vehicles would have to fall into
one of two or three classes. Weight, power,
track or wheeled, crew capacity being the most
logical factors.

As for types of rounds, the ones being made
by Marty Tippmann (Tippmann Ordnance), for use
by the miltiary, have it all over anything else
I've seen. With an accurate range of close to
800 yards, they're incredible. Used as mortar
rounds, they regularly hit targets out to 450
yds. Of course 20 ounces is a lot of weight
and it's no wonder that they're only being used
by people at places like Knox and Bragg and not
at events like D-Day, or anywhere else that I'm
aware of. Still, in a tank on tank game I'd see
something like this being the standard issue
ammo for everyone.
