You have already been put on probation for this very thing. Do not include the team with your personal opinions. You do not have the right to speak for anyone but yourself. No matter how true it may be, you can not speak for the team. I don't even do it and I am the founder. In fact, I think it should be avoided at all cost. We are much larger than 100 now and it would be impossible for any one person to speak for the team unless we came to a consensus about a particular issue.

Another infraction and you will be dismissed from the team. Sorry my friend but you leave us no choice.
