500 miles?? Nope!

I doubt if even 10% of the players for a standard (non-special event) scenario game travel 500 miles to an event. I doubt they will even travel 250 miles. I've only traveled 500 miles for JUST paintball twice (flew once and drove once) and have no desire to do it again.

The real money is in local turn out, not the hard core scenario crowd that travels like Dead Heads to games on a circuit. No, unless the games are within 100 miles of each other, the only people upset about games on the same day are the die-hard scenario MINORITY. Simple truth.

Even then, people have favorites or preferences. Some people don't play certain games or fields, while others refuse to travel a certain distance or pay a certain price (among many other choices). I won't bore you with mine ;)
