You do realize that in both of those successful defenses, the Marshals were holding those walls too. I remember clearly at Castle Conquest XII when somebody asked "What's the defense plan?"....
Pub Crawling didn't have one!

How do I know this? Because I'm the guy that jumped up and made one on the spot! 3 hours later I got to wave my flag around in an Un-conquored Castle.

This time we've been planning for a year.
