A number of players of the NPPL have filled out the survey and had their photo taken throughout the season to receive their NPPL I.D. cards from the league. 

For the players that would like their NPPL Photo ID Badge, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your name, team name registered under, address, e-mail address and phone number to:

Your card will in turn be shipped back to you.  The printer is on its way back from Florida and will be serviced upon its return.  We will start printing/mailing cards between Nov 15 and 25. 

Please note:  This address is for NPPL ID Card requests only!
