First Strike Projectiles
by Bill Mills - Aug 09

Target and Chronograph Data

All shots fired from a bench mounted Matrix LCD with Deathstix barrel and 0.692" ID breech. Paintballs fired at one second intervals under microprocessor control, loaded with Prophecy loader. First Strike Projectiles muzzle loaded and gently rammed into position. Time between firing was variable due to the loading method used.

Note: Due to the consistently higher velocities after the 8th shot with the First Strike projectiles, a pressure shift due to the Matrix's CP regulator running at the limit of its adjustment is suspected. Overall statistics for the string are believed to not as accurately reflect the projectile's performance as an analysis of shots 1-8 or 9-20.
