WDP Announces Sponsorship of 5-Player Amateur Division at Zap International Amateur Open
PRESS RELEASE

Pittsburgh, PA. - WDP, manufacturer of the Angel, one of the hottest competitive markers on the market today, is showing their support of today’s up and coming players by sponsoring the 5-Player Amateur Division at the Zap International Open and Trade Show scheduled for August 2-6th , 2000.

Since its introduction, WDP’s " Angel" has quickly gained a respectable presence in tournament players gearbags. A nitrogen powered, electronically controlled marker, the Angel combines solid engineering with stylish looks and useable features. With the unveiling of the LCD Angel last summer, WDP has again raised the bar on electronic markers.

Celebrating it's 10th Anniversary, the IAO is expecting unprecedented crowds as they continue to expand the event. The trade show alone boasts the largest gathering of Paintball Products under tent and with over 1200 competitors on location from all over the world, the event earns it's nickname as the "Olympics" of paintball.

"We are thrilled to tie the WDP name and logo to our 5-player amateur event, " quotes Debra Dion Krischke of Team Effort Events. "This is the second year WDP has come on board as a major sponsor and the players just seem to swarm around their booth."

Team registrations are still being taken in all divisions. Contact Team Effort Events at 724-935-6100 or [Out of date URL removed by WARPIG.com - Team Effort Events can now be found at - http://www.teameffortevents.com
