Hill Paintball
February 7, 2002: WPF Management, Inc. announced today the purchase
of
World Paintball Federation by Wolf Hill Paintball, LLC of Gallatin,
Tennessee. All assets and contracts will be transferred to the new owners
before the 2002 tournament season begins. Officers Jim Lively and Sam Caldwell
will be retained by Wolf Hill Paintball during the transitional period
to ensure continuity of service. According to Gerald Alvis, owner of
Wolf Hill Paintball, “We are committed to the same standards of service
teams have enjoyed previously at WPF events. Our team will be working overtime
to provide WPF members with the best possible tournaments at premier game
sites.”

by the new owners. The schedule will remain virtually the same with only
slight modifications. Current plans are for 8-Five Man tournaments and
