WDP Tank Mate

The Heat is On

WDP's groundbreaking, electronic, high pressure system, the A.I.R., is now supplied with yet another performance feature - the Tank Mate. During rapid filling the gases in your tank heat up considerably. As the tank temperature rises the gases expand resulting in a pressure increase and an incorrect gauge reading. Incredibly this gauge reading could be out by as much as 25%. How often have you filled your tank only to get to the field and realise that you have lost over a 1000 psi of pressure. Enter the Tank Mate- a custom manufactured, temperature sensitive Thermo-strip which constantly monitors the temperature of your tank. The Tank Mate allows you to record the ambient temperature (the temperature at which your gauge reading will be accurate), enables you make accurate shots left calculations and make an informed decision as to whether you need to top up your tank based on real information.
The Tank Mate thermostrip is also supplied separately as part of WDP's
Play mate range and can be used on all high pressure systems.
