For Immediate Release:

Brass Eagle’s 2001 “Road 2 Aruba” Field Owners and Operators Incentive

Bentonville, AR, February 12, 2001 - Brass Eagle Inc. (Nasdaq: XTRM) today announced that eight field owners and operators will be rewarded for their support of the “Road 2 Aruba” Series with a trip to the tropical Island of Aruba for a once in a lifetime experience.

Field owners and operators names will be entered into a drawing for a trip to paradise.  In order to get your name into the drawing, you must host at least three Feeders Tournaments.  After a Field owner or operator hosts two feeder events, each subsequent feeder event will produce an entry into the drawing.  EXAMPLE:  Three feeder events = name entered once; five feeder events = name entered three times. The winning team and eight field owners or operators will receive a trip to the tropical paradise of Aruba.  Names will be drawn in the month of July.

Field owners and operators are required provide referees for the Feeder Tournaments.  For every feeder event hosted by the fields, 3 members of the refereeing team will receive a free team entry to their assigned Regional Tournament.

Brass Eagle will provide each location with “Road 2 Aruba” promotional banners and 1st, 2nd, 3rd place plaques for the participating teams.  To host a feeder, a field owner must purchase a minimum of one skid of ViewLoader paint for each tournament.  The feeder team entry fee is $75 and ViewLoader paint is to be sold to teams for a price of $75 per 2000 count case.  Field owners keep the proceeds from both the entry and paint fees.

Field owners and operators interested in hosting a Feeder Tournament should contact Brass Eagle immediately or check the Brass Eagle website for details.
