Bentonville, AR, March 19, 2002 - Brass Eagle Inc. (Nasdaq: XTRM) today announced an agreement in principle for the exclusive distribution of their complete line of products for the European market. This landmark agreement sets the stage for Brass Eagle Inc. to aggressively build their Brass Eagle, ViewLoader and JT brands and help expand the European marketplace with appropriately priced products for the paintball consumer.

Brass Eagle Inc. has chosen two strategic partners for this agreement, Sport Attitude located in La Fleche, France, and CMC / Maxs-Sport located in Friedberg, Germany.
