The CFOA Welcomes WARPIG.com to the Carolinas
CFOA

The Carolina Field Owners Association tournament series presented by National Paintball Supply, the largest paintball league in the Mid-Atlantic region and one of the largest regional paintball leagues in the United States, announced today that the World And Regional Paintball Information Guide, better known as WARPIG.com, the first paintball website on the Internet and the most authoritative paintball information source in the world, has signed on to become the official Internet resource of the CFOA. Working in conjunction with media partner and CFOA sponsor Paintball 2Xtremes Magazine, WARPIG will offer full feature coverage of each CFOA event for the remainder of the 2003 season and well into the future.

"This is a momentous day for the Carolina Field Owners Association," remarked Advisory Board member and Sponsorship Liaison Josh Silverman, who continued, "WARPIG is the online leader in worldwide paintball information and for the CFOA to be associated with them is for it to be truly recognized by the paintball world as one of the best." After several seasons of incredible growth, 2003 has become the banner year for the Carolina Field Owners
Association. Having started in 1998 with barely more than a dozen teams per event, the CFOA recently drew ninety (90) five-man teams to Paintball Central to compete for cash and prizes across rookie, novice and amateur divisions. The CFOA hosts eight tournament dates per season at fields in North and South Carolina, drawing teams from North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, West Virginia and even New Jersey. Legendary for
its stiff competition and as a breeding ground for some of the best players and teams in the world, teams like National XBall League franchise Trauma got their start in the CFOA, and professional players like Trauma's David Wooten began their competitive paintball careers at CFOA events. Sponsors of the CFOA include presenting sponsor National Paintball Supply, official field sponsor Ultimate Air Ball, Xtreme Sports Fulfillment, Powerlyte, Airgun Designs,
Kalibur, Extreme Rage, the Matrix Center (dot com), Paintball Central, Paintball 2Xtremes Magazine, Diablo, Crossfire and Traumahead Sportz. The CFOA's official website is located online at www.thecfoa.com.

WARPIG, the World And Regional Paintball Information Guide, has been referred to as "paintball's home on the Internet" by media partner Paintball 2Xtremes Magazine. As the first paintball website in the world, WARPIG's signature event coverage of professional tournaments, scenario and recreational games and trade shows is legendary, and often imitated in the paintball world. Countless players and industry members know and love WARPIG's operators, Bill and Dawn Mills, whose tireless pursuit of paintball journalistic perfection is unparalleled in the industry. WARPIG's message boards, chat rooms and feature articles are well known throughout the sport and draw incredible numbers of interested paintball patrons each day. Players can experience WARPIG at www.warpig.com.
