August 1, 2002 Mat Hoffman, famous Freestyle BMX rider
and host of his own ESPN show, filmed Freestyle BMX Superstars playing
in a series of paintball games during the CFB competition at Challenge
Park The CFB, or Crazy Freakin’ Bikers finals
competition, an X-Games qualifier, was held at Challenge Park Xtreme June
21-23rd, 2002. Thousands of spectators watched as the riders competed to
win the prize purse or awards for the CFB series. Over a hundred Professional
riders appeared at Challenge Park Xtreme to compete in the finals.
JT USA sponsored the games, outfitting
the superstars in JT jerseys, gloves, and goggles. They played on Bedlam
and had a great time. Many vowed to return to Challenge Park Xtreme soon,
some to Challenge Park Xtreme is the world’s first extreme sports theme park, located just outside Chicago. The $8 million facility, situated on 150 acres, features paintball, BMX racing, skateboarding, Mountain Biking and other extreme-related sports. For information about Challenge Park Xtreme,
