Diablo International
Amateur Open Announce Prize Package Over $300,000 and Lower Paint Pricing!
The 2002 Diablo International Amateur Open
and Trade Show sponsored by Dick's Sporting Goods is scheduled for August
7th-11th. The event, a week later than originally scheduled, will
be held at the new site just 25 minutes
north of the previous location. The Big Butler Fairgrounds will be the
new venue for the 12th annual event and will offer a variety of amenities
including indoor bathrooms, all airball fields and on site camping for
teams.
Diablo has made available, a selection
of their event winning brands to offer players product to suit their budget
and playing style. The event will showcase Blaze, Inferno and Hellfire
in cases of 2000 starting at $80.00

The prize list is being built at this time
but some of the highlights include an all expense paid trip to the Aruba
Open, a Ball Wall from Paintball Inc. and a Universal Ultimate Airfield
from Brimstone! Over $200,000 in cash and prizes are in store for the 2002
event in addition to the $101,000 in cash and prizes for the Spyder Challenge

The Industry Conference will be held on
Tuesday, August 6th so as not to conflict with any team play.
