Central Florida Loses Scenario Player

On Tuesday July 24th, 2007, Herschel Goodman, Jr., of the Rogue Warriors Paintball Team was rushed to the hospital, and passed away that night at the age of 38 years.

paintballGoodman was born in Atlanta, Georgia but moved to Florida's central coast at less than a year of age as the space race brought rapid growth to the region. More than four years ago, Goodman joined the Rogue Warriors paintball team. Known for his caring heart and sense of humor, Herschel Goodman Jr. traveled regularly throughout Florida and Georgia to play scenario paintball.

Goodman is survived by his wife Penny, three stepchildren, three stepgrandchildren, his parents, Herschel and Patsy Goodman, and his brother and team-mate Mark Goodman.

Graveside services held Saturday July 28th, included eight members of the Rogue Warriors in team uniform serving as pallbearers, and providing a twenty-one paintball gun salute.

The Staff of extends it sympathies and is praying for the comfort of Goodman's friends and family in this time of loss.
