Practice. While it may be easier to blame your marker, it's far more likely that you just need to practice more to compete effectively.

Your money is much better spent on practice paint than more equipment.

As for sponsorship, there are very, very, very few sponsored players. If you're lucky, and you practice a *LOT*, you might get on a sponsored team. But if you think the only thing separating you from being good is your guy, I doubt you'll ever make it.
