Yes, they do come and watch....then have try-outs. For example, the Philly-Americans have informed me they are coming to the Memphis Indoor Challenge to watch a couple of guys in particular but are also on an open scouting mission. I am sure the other teams do the same. Polish your skills and you will get a look also. EZ
