With the cooperation of several individuals who will act as points of contact, a petition which will be submitted to the District Attorney's office which handles the area where Core Promotions is located. The petition is to request a Fraud Investigation due to the gross discrepancies between what Core Promotions advertised and what actually took place at the New York Cup 2003 tournament. I took the liberty to contact the headquarters of Hooters, and there is no record on file that Core Promotions requested sponsorship for the New York Cup 2003 tournament.
