If you're talking about Washington, D.C. there are lots of paintball parks in the area, including but not limited to PEV's @ AG, Hogback, Skyline and Splat Brothers-- all of which hold tournaments from beginner to advanced level. As for sponsership, play a few tournaments first.

If you're talking Washington the state, I have -no- clue.
