There has been alot of questions about the qualification requirements. This information should be pretty clear.
NOVICE QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for this bracket you must have not played in PSP/NPPL events for more than 2 years.
NO PROFESSIONAL PLAYER ALLOWED THAT HAS PLAYED IN MORE THAN 2 EVENTS AS A PRO in NPPL or PSP events.
Recball and Scenario games experience is NOT considered tournament experience!
ROOKIE QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for this bracket you must have not played tournaments for more than 2 Years and not have participated more than TWICE on a N.P.P.L. Novice Roster or ONCE on a Amateur Roster in the past 2 years
