thanks....would anyone happen to know which type of hinge trigger is best? im thinking the wgp one but ive seen dye and kapp ones : : What would be the advantages to installing a hinge trigger frame on my STO? : Cool blade trigger, ROF and you can make you 3 way do the cool backwards thing. : Seriuosly, hinges are fast. If you are quick with a 45 frame. You will be like lightning once you learn a hinge. I also notice that I don't short stroke as often with a hinge. Just remember to change your 3 way hoses. They are backwards with a hinge. Just swap the front and back and retime it. Leave the center one alone. That is just feed coming from the reg.
