more trouble

ok i just had the gun timed right but now i got another problem. i pull the trigger and the bolt cocks back perfectly but not everytime i pull the trigger the ball shoots. i think its getting a lack of air because every 5 pulls it shoots. what can the problem be and how can i fix it?
