ahh, well if the cocking rod is out and it works, look at the velocity adjuster, if it is in far, turn it out, that was stopping the hammer from going back allthe way, causing the back block to stop when the hammer did. Unscrew the velocity adjuster until its lush with the back of the body, and try it then, that should fix it. Then just dont screw it in too far when adjusting velocity
