sounds like a timing issue

Try retiming the gun. have someone, who knows what they are doing, retime it for you. after that, dont touch it! : : i have an outkast all stock when i cock the gun and shoot it the cocking rod doesnt recock it just stays forward uncocked. another problem is that the bolt doesnt go far enough back so paint cant get into the chamber. : : : Check your three way, my friends cocker was doing that and it was his three way. Other than that I'm not really sure what it could be. I recomend taking it in to your local airsmith or sending it back to Worr.
