 : ive installd it, messd with cocking rod, this, that, and i cant get it from occasionally havein the back block stay back, i took apart 3 way, and the shaft is slightly bent, would this be the problem?

Did you retime after you installed it? It's not a "bolt-on" mod. Just sounds like you need to retime it.
