I have had the same sort of problems with paint rolling out of the barrel of my AA when I used my Tippmann SL-68II. Even RPS's largest paint rolled out quite frequently. However, for whatever reason I never had accuracy problems when this happened (but perhaps that's because I've never shot my gun when the paint wasn't poised to roll out of the barrel, so I have nothing to compare it with). I'm not exactly sure why this seems to happen with AA barrels, because you aren't the first person I've talked to who also has this problem (other than me of course). It almost seems as if some of their barrels have a higher ID than others, but weren't marked as they should have been. I don't know...if you try different kinds of paint and you still have that problem, I would consider just getting a new barrel. There is no point in having to use reallytricyclepy (Brass Eagle) paint just because it's the only thing that will fit.
