It is hi, and actually worr suggests that you use low for the orracle because it does operate at around 240 psi. However, they only suggest that for stability reasons and high pressure doesn't cause an up and down like that. I think the tanks flow is being blocked, we did a test with a 45 cub 3000 psi pure energy. Exact same reg, filled to the exact same pressure (we don't have 4500 psi fills here) and it worked fine. INfact, it was the most consistant I had ever seen that gun. It was great, I loved it. My tank must be messed up.
