Dumb question...have you played since you moved to utah? Where did you live before utah, if it was someplace low like florada, then the pressure change from essenially 5ft to 5000 some odd feet will throw everything off the first time you gas it up unless you drop the pressure on the reg all the way down and just move it up until its sweetspotted. I think that could be the problem you had. Try re-adjusting your inline reg and you should be fine.
