 You can pick up a used 98 + with most of the internal upgrades for $300.

Less just stock. The LP upgrades are $90 from stock. Valve, springs, valve tool, volumizer.

I know it is hard to give up the your second favorite thing that you point at things and shoot but it might be time to move on up.
