I agree with Dale "Head_Hunters" DuPont. The hammer needs to be heavy. Delrin is too light and the constant hitting on the valve would cause the delrin to degrade, crack, split, etc... What are you trying to do? If you want smoother action the polishing could help. I recommend taking it to a WGP certified airsmith because if you screw up then you'll need to replace it.
