Absolutely - keep it stock, I've spent more than I want to admit upgrading my xtra : that being said, i love seeing the reactions on peoples faces when i tell em its a spider; it doesn't shoot, look, or sound like a spyder anymore. But now that im thinking about playing in tourneys and such, I wish I had saved the cash for my next (high end) marker. Knowing what I know now, I'd have bought an electric frame and left well enough alone. If you've really got the bug, you will want something a little more sophisticated soon.

: Thank You. I have been doing allot of research and think you are right about spending my money on paint. I have been told that good paint is the best modification you can do as it is difficult to see how straight your gun shoot withtricycle paint. I think I will just keep my Spyder as is and shoot several hundred dollars worth of paint through it before I modify it. Thanks again for your reply.
