: I've been playing rec paintball for about five years with my friends and family. Now that I've really gotten into it, I've put about three to four hundred dollars into what started out as a simple spyder compact. My after market additions include:a whisper barrell, expansion chamber, bob long bolt, drop forward, bottom line, e-frame, e-hopper, and the rest is just for looks. Does anybody out there know of anything else I can do performance wise besides going nitro? My "team" and I would like to start tournament play, and I want my gun to be the best it can be. They all say I should just get a new gun, but I like my spyder. It's never let me down and I know it like the back of my hand.

Get an aftermarket valve kit and new springs. Other than that, it sounds prety good. HTH. Later.
