For the money they charge you would think they would lube it before they mail it.. They don't.

2-3 Drops in the ASA hole. Hook up your Co2 and dry fire 20-30 times without the barrel (unless you want to clean the oil out of it)

If you are using really old or cheap paint you could get 10 fps variation shot to shot...
