I would have to argue.

Right now on ebay (the best place for affordable PB stuff) you can get good e99 package at about 180. by good I mean you get a generic hopper (its no revvy but this is for entry level right)
This also will get you 20oz CO2 canister and a medium grade VForce mask-goggle setup. Since the gun comes stock w/ an expantion chamber I think you would do quite alright with a package like that. but you probbly dont want anything smaller than a 16oz can, or whoever is using it may get a little carried away with the trigger settings and use all the co2 up real quick.

Thats just my opinion. For what it is worth.
