"Good new gun" and "under $70" is never going to happen. So your only alternative is to find a "good used gun". I suggest online auctions like Ebay.

Word to the wise, be patient. Watch the auctions for a while and notice the trends before you start bidding. You can get a really good deal if you take your time and play your cards right.
