You are getting NO air or not Enough air past the valve stem into the hammer piston area to recock the hammer?

What is your velocity? Is it shooting at all? Shooting but not recocking?

You did say LP. What psi are you running? Do you have a guage to measure it? Maybe it is too low??????

What kind of LP valve did you install? What springs are you using? Stock or aftermarket. Which ones are in it now...?

Then we can get you up and running.
