: what is needed to make my e-99 low pressure running it on Co2

Well, first try replacing your Expansion chamber/grip with a Vertical mounted Regulator. Try the Palmer Stabilizer, I have one on my cocker and can run HPA or CO2 with not much change. Shocktech also makes an especially long LP chamber. JC from Bad Company has one on his marker, and he said it helps. Ummm... Look for some LP internals for Spyders. I'm not sure if a Magnaport valve would help, I put one in my AMG and didn't notice any difference. Get your internals polished. Hellrazor does that. That should help some.
