Don't do a "trigger" job

You will STILL have a HEAVY trigger pull. The sear spring determines that.

All you will get is a hair trigger - or no trigger if you take off too much.

When you file / grind the sear, you expose soft steel metal. Only the SURFACE of the sear is hardened. So your hair trigger will soon wear down and round off and then you will have NO trigger.

If you just HAVE to do it anyway. Order your replacement sear today so you can fix your gun when it screws up.

Been there, done that.

The pins come out only in ONE direction.

They will exit going to the left side of the gun only. The pins have splines on them so they don't come out. Each time you remove and replace them, you lose some metal /plastic out of your grip. They get loose and fall out after a while. Locktite or a new grip is you only choice.
