My friends m98 custom stopped shooting

My friends model 98 custom stopped shooting it shoots 3-4 times then uncocks itself somtimes half way or all the way uncocked....we took it apart and lubed everything necessary and still malfunctioned...the orings looked good and everything seemed ok but does any body know the solution to this problem or had a similar prb and fixed it any help would be good!!
