grab some clear, black whatever silicon.
once silicon cures it's like friggin epoxy, cept it's flexible (vibration won't hurt it) and it's not gonna let go for a long time. and in the event that you have the get the rocket cokc off the frame, you can just cut the silicon with an xacto blade or something similar.
i've got a 98c and a composite rocket cock, this will work fine for you. just make sure you give it a day or two to cure before you go reafing on it.
