Nitrogen In a Carbine

What will I need to do to run Nitrogen on my Late model Carbine. It has been modified with a different valve system it is not the standard Tippmann Product. The pieces are aluminum I believe.
I also have a remote for it, and the adapter where the tank screws in to the gun has been modified it is now dropped off to the side, with a release valve.
