Which barrel better for sniping 14" or 21"?

I have Custom 98 and I really want an accurate long distance shooting (sniper) ability. I have been doing some research and I have narrowed my search to two barrels a J&J 14" Ceramic barrel and a 21" Thunder Pig Rifled Tru-flight Sniper barrel. I have heard that the ceramic barrels are very good but what I have read about the Thunder Pig sound great too. Does anyone know which is truely better?
